2-year Master’s programme in French as a foreign or second language
The two-year Master's programme in Language Sciences - Linguistics, language and cultural didactics, and French as a foreign or second language (LIDIFLES), offered by CAVILAM – Alliance Française and Université Clermont Auvergne, is an accredited French degree programme for teachers with a Maîtrise teaching degree and at least five years' experience teaching French as a foreign language. Combining courses, applied projects and a thesis, this Master's programme will give you unbeatable expertise in teaching French as a foreign language.

This programme aims to deepen and reinforce the following knowledge areas: linguistics, didactics and digital pedagogy
French
DALF certificate or other exam attesting to C1 level required. Applicants with a B2 DALF certificate may be considered depending on the strength of their application
French teachers with a Maîtrise teaching degree in FLE (Bac +4) or equivalent including language education. At least five years' FLE teaching experience required
8 teaching units (60 credits)
Graduates are awarded the nationally accredited 2-year LIDIFLES Master's degree
