CAVILAM – Alliance Française's 'Directing a language centre: a user manual' module combines strategy, management and operational tools. Over two weeks, students acquire the key competencies for the daily, mid-term and long-term management of a language centre. This is a concrete, practical programme taught by specialists and designed to help you further your career ambitions.
In person, on campus
Begins Monday; two-week duration
The module blends theory, applied study and practical case study from the general management of a language centre, to administration, finance, quality guidelines, and the promotion and marketing of classes
46 hours of class time, networking and collaborative exchanges.
Group classes
This module is aimed at current or future managers of language centers (Alliances Françaises, Instituts Français, or private and public centers)
A minimum of B2 French proficiency is required
Current or future language centre directors Acceptance of application (CV and cover letter required)
