French for professionals: French for tourism, hospitality and gastronomy
CAVILAM – Alliance Française’s French for professionals programme is for those seeking to bolster their French and boost their careers in the tourism, hospitality and gastronomy sectors. Two weeks of classes, workshops, tours and discussions help students understand the jargon, practices, and context of the industry. Students will have the option to prepare for and take the Diplôme de Français Professionnel (DFP) exam, so they can return to work with a certified, widely recognized proficiency certificate.
In person, on campus

This programme aims to deepen and reinforce the following knowledge areas: oral communication - written communication and grammar - French for tourism, hospitality and gastronomy
27 hours of general French classes from Monday to Friday, 15 hours of themed workshops and visits to local businesses or presentations by industry professionals
